This machine is our new design for meeting the requirements of bearing industry automic. It optimizes the operation software, and adopts most reasonable inner diamater operation mode. It has higher stability and veracity.

This machine has high level automatic,auto-feeding,and whole procedure operated unmanned. It is very suitable to be used in large batch inner diameter inspection procedure.

All motion control and data operation are finished by OMRON PLC.Muti point measurement method,number of points can be 15,accurately measure inner diameter and taper.English SOLARTRON inducance measure system,more stable and accurate than traditional pneumatic measurement.Adopt connection with other machine or just single machine,single machine efficiency no more than 1s/set.Freely choose configuration and auto material discharged system.Add inner groove roundness inspection according to customer request.
