This full automatic machine is designed for the developing bearing industry. It adopts  the most reasonable working procedure, and it has high efficiency and stability.

Riveting pressure is adjustable,and rivet is even pressed,there is no damage on groove and steel ball. It is very suitable for the assembling of high precision bearing.

All motion control and data operation are finished by OMRON PLCMaterial to be automatically changed/disch-anged,easy to connect assembling lines.Steel balls to be automatically arranged in groove and uniformly spaced.Number of balls to be automatically comfirmed.Upper/lower cages to be automatically placed.Numbers of rivets to be automatically checked before pressing.Rivets to be automatically passed, and the pressure adjustable.Rivets to be automatically inspected after pressed ( inspect the height of each rivet after presssed )Rejected part automatically discharged, ensure non-stopping running.
