This machine is developed and manufactured by introducing advanced technology and ultrasonic cleaning concept from Japan and Germany,to address the difficulty of cleaning low noise bearings, which is a common problem at home.

The whole cleaning process is: Automatically charging, demagnetising, 900 high pressure spraying and cleaning, ultra-sonic pre-cleaning, high pressure spraying, high pressure&high speed spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, high pressure spraying,finally drying through fine iltered warm air.

The four channels are separately designed, suitable for cleaning of various kinds of bearings with large quantities The whole process is full-autornatically controlled and the production efficiency is 3 secJse
